T.D.R. 03

Dolhanna: Feeling a heaviness on and in my chest, unable to move on the massive bed, I open my eyes to find Bear with half his body across my chest and Jewels tucked in the crook of my arm. Aron must have bought the pups back to me during the night.
Everything that happened comes flooding back to me; my heart constricts. Calin. He's gone. Fresh tears form and roll down my cheeks. I know my eyes are puffy and swollen from crying all night. I may be a warrior but I'm a mated female first....at least I use to be. It was a bad call on my part and the thought of how hurt Calin is makes my tears fall even harder. The pups both trying to lick my tears away.
There is a quiet knock at the door; it's Aron. Opening the door he looks at me with so much concern,, I try to smile at him and tell him I will be OK. I can't I will never be OK again until Calin comes home. If he comes home. Aron lets me know that Viho and Rodmyn have been by and that Rodman is actually been out in the hall. "I can't right now Aron, I just can't...." The quiet sobs begin anew. "Maybe later Aron, maybe I can see them later." Pulling the pups to me, I cry myself back into a fitful sleep
